1 pound sausage
8 ounces cream cheese
1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the sausage and cream cheese until well blended.
Add the drained Rotel tomatoes, cheddar cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
