Description
Delicious salted caramel apple crumble bars that combine the sweetness of apples with a rich caramel flavor, topped with a crunchy crumble.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- Spread the diced apples evenly over the crust.
- Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the apples.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top of the caramel and apples.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use a homemade salted caramel sauce.
- These bars can be served warm or cold.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
