Description

A delightful dessert that combines the flavors of salted caramel, apple pie, and cheesecake into one indulgent treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup salted caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in flour, salt, and cinnamon.
  6. Layer sliced apples on top of the crust, then pour the cheesecake mixture over the apples.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Let it cool, then drizzle with salted caramel sauce before serving.
