Instructions

- Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the diced potatoes and chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream and kale, cooking until the kale is wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
