Description

A delicious and flavorful garlic butter seafood boil recipe that brings together a variety of seafood in a savory broth.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs shrimp, deveined
  • 1 lb crab legs
  • 1 lb mussels
  • 1 lb clams
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add Old Bay seasoning.
  2. Add the crab legs and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the mussels and clams, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. In a separate pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  6. Mix the garlic butter with the seafood and add lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  7. Toss everything together and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
