- 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the butter mixture.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Mix in green food coloring until desired color is achieved.
- Roll out the dough and cut into shamrock shapes.
- Place cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cookies cool completely.
- For the rainbow dip, mix powdered sugar and milk, then add food coloring to create a rainbow effect.
- Serve cookies with the rainbow dip.
