Description

Sheet Pan Loaded Nachos are a delicious and easy-to-make snack that combines crispy tortilla chips with a variety of toppings for a flavor explosion.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large sheet pan.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chips.
  4. Add the black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños on top of the cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, green onions, avocado, and salsa.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
