Description

A delicious and easy-to-make Shrimp Scampi Pasta Bake that combines cheesy goodness with garlicky flavors.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, and red pepper flakes; season with salt and pepper.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture and mix well.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with additional mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
