- 8 oz pasta (your choice)
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque.
- Stir in heavy cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, and red pepper flakes; season with salt and pepper.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with additional mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, you can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
