Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the egg to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the cookie dough into a greased skillet and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Let it cool slightly before serving, and top with ice cream if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
