Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can (14 oz) cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat over medium heat until warmed through.
  6. Add the baked meatballs to the cranberry sauce and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
