- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups biscuit dough (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add the carrots, celery, onion, chicken broth, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cream of chicken soup until well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
- Drop spoonfuls of biscuit dough on top of the chicken mixture.
- Cover and cook on high for an additional 30-40 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
