- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Whipped cream for topping
- Crushed peppermint candies for garnish
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the milk, heavy cream, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is hot.
- Add the peppermint extract and stir to combine.
- Serve in mugs topped with whipped cream and crushed peppermint candies.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use whole milk instead of low-fat milk.
- Adjust the amount of peppermint extract to taste.
