Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Crushed peppermint candies for garnish

Instructions
