- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 can (15 oz) street corn
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add the street corn, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.
- Stir to combine all ingredients well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix it back into the sauce.
- If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt before serving.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
