Description

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage, cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix miso paste, olive oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the miso glaze generously over the cabbage wedges.
  4. Place the cabbage wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cabbage is tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
