- 1 head of cabbage, cut into wedges
- 3 tablespoons miso paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix miso paste, olive oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the miso glaze generously over the cabbage wedges.
- Place the cabbage wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cabbage is tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the cabbage in the miso glaze for 30 minutes before roasting.
