Description

S’more Bars are a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that captures the classic flavors of the traditional campfire treat in a convenient bar form.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar until well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
  4. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
  5. If using, add shredded coconut on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
