Description

Delicious S’mores Cookie Cups filled with chocolate and marshmallows, perfect for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Grease a muffin tin and scoop the cookie dough into each cup, pressing down slightly.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  9. Remove from the oven and immediately press mini marshmallows into the center of each cookie cup.
  10. Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes until the marshmallows are soft.
  11. Let cool before removing from the muffin tin.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • These can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
