Description

A delicious S’mores Pie that combines chocolate, marshmallows, and a graham cracker crust for a delightful dessert experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a pie dish to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
  5. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  6. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
  7. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled crust.
  8. Top with mini marshmallows evenly over the chocolate layer.
  9. Broil in the oven for 1-2 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
  10. Let the pie cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
