Description

S’mores Popcorn Balls are a delicious and fun treat that combines the classic flavors of s’mores with popcorn, making them perfect for parties or a sweet snack.


Ingredients

  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the popped popcorn, mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the sugar and corn syrup, and bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the melted mixture over the popcorn mixture and stir until well coated.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then use your hands to form balls of the mixture.
  6. Place the popcorn balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool completely.
