- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the popped popcorn, mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the sugar and corn syrup, and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the melted mixture over the popcorn mixture and stir until well coated.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then use your hands to form balls of the mixture.
- Place the popcorn balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool completely.
