Description

A delightful and festive appetizer featuring creamy brie cheese shaped like a snowflake, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 round brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • Crackers or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the brie cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the top of the brie.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top of the cranberry sauce.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the brie is soft and gooey.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
  7. Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.

Notes

  • For a sweeter touch, add a drizzle of honey on top before serving.
