Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add melted butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture and mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
  7. Shape each piece into a ball and place them in a greased baking dish.
  8. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Brush the mixture over the rolls.
  9. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the rolls.
  10. Cover and let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
  11. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Serve warm and enjoy!
