Soft Turkish Bazlama is a fluffy, tearable bread perfect for sharing, made easily in a skillet.
Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls.
- Roll each ball into a flat circle about 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy tearing and sharing!

- For a richer flavor, let the dough rise longer.
- Can be served with dips or as a side to meals.
