Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, taco seasoning, salsa, and cooked rice.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
