Description

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of Italian bread
  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the Italian bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the insides to create bowls.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the garlic mixture inside the bread bowls.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Fill the bread bowls with the spaghetti mixture.
  7. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bread is golden and crispy.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
