Description

Spinach & artichoke wonton cups are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that combines the flavors of spinach and artichokes in a crispy wonton shell.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin and press the wonton wrappers into the cups to form a shell.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
