- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a muffin tin and press the wonton wrappers into the cups to form a shell.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each wonton cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the wonton cups are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a healthier option, you can use low-fat cream cheese and sour cream.
- These cups can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
