Ingredients

  • Green grapes – 1 cup
  • Celery sticks – 1 cup
  • Green bell pepper – 1, sliced
  • Guacamole – 1 cup
  • Spinach dip – 1 cup
  • Green tortilla chips – 1 bag
  • Edamame – 1 cup
  • Green apples – 2, sliced
  • Pistachios – 1 cup
  • Mint leaves – for garnish

Instructions

  1. Arrange the green grapes in one corner of the board.
  2. Place the celery sticks next to the grapes.
  3. Slice the green bell pepper and arrange it on the board.
  4. In a bowl, serve the guacamole and place it on the board.
