Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars are a delightful treat that combines the flavors of cranberries and white chocolate, perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let cool completely in the pan.
  10. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
  11. Spread the cream cheese frosting over the cooled bars and cut into squares.
