- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix together BBQ sauce and honey. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some cayenne pepper to the meatball mixture.
- These meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
