Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tablespoons rose water
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

  6. Stir in the vanilla extract, strawberry puree, and rose water until fully incorporated.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.

  10. Whip the heavy cream and spread it over the chilled cheesecake bars before slicing and serving.
