Description

A delightful blend of sugar cookies and creamy cheesecake, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package sugar cookie dough
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the vanilla extract, eggs, sour cream, and flour, mixing until well combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cookie crust.
  6. If desired, sprinkle with sprinkles on top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use room temperature cream cheese.
  • Can be topped with whipped cream or additional sprinkles before serving.
