Description

Delicious and flavorful sweet chili meatballs that are perfect for any party or gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, cilantro, egg, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
  7. Serve with additional sweet chili sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • These meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen.
  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili sauce.
