Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, cilantro, egg, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
- Serve with additional sweet chili sauce for dipping.
Notes
- These meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili sauce.
- Great for serving at parties or as a game day snack.
