Description

A delicious and easy-to-make Sweet Creamed Corn Casserole using Jiffy Mix, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans of sweet corn, drained
  • 1 can of creamed corn
  • 1 box of Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet corn, creamed corn, Jiffy mix, sour cream, and melted butter.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
