- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or sugar substitute

- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional for thickening)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch. Heat until thickened.
- Drizzle the sauce over the meatballs before serving.
