Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional for low-carb)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar substitute
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional for thickening)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper.

  6. In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch. Heat until thickened.
