Ingredients

- 4 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Cut the peaches into slices and place them in a blender.
- Add sugar, lemon juice, and water to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours.
- Stir the mixture every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals.
- Once fully frozen, scoop and serve the sorbet.
