A refreshing and easy-to-make peach sorbet that requires no ice cream maker, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Cut the peaches into slices and place them in a blender.
  2. Add sugar, lemon juice, and water to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours.
  5. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals.
  6. Once fully frozen, scoop and serve the sorbet.
