- 4 sausages
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the sausages and bacon until browned.
- Add the sliced onions and cook until softened.
- Layer the sliced potatoes on top of the meat and onions.
- Pour the broth over the layers and season with salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
