Description

Turkey Cranberry Sliders are a delicious and easy way to use up Thanksgiving leftovers, combining turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese on slider buns.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded turkey and cranberry sauce until well combined.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the turkey mixture on the bottom halves of the buns.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese over the turkey mixture.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush this mixture over the top of the buns.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
