Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, and water. Stir until smooth.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Add lemon juice and continue to cook for another 10 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped nuts and rosewater.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pan and let it cool for several hours or overnight.
- Once set, cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
