Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed biscuits
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup rosewater
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • Extra coconut for coating

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crushed biscuits, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar.
  2. Add melted butter and rosewater to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Fold in the chopped pistachios until evenly distributed.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
