- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cornbread mix, creamed corn, diced green chilies, eggs, milk, and sour cream.
- Add in the shredded cheese, chopped onions, and crumbled sausage if using. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
