Description

A delicious and hearty casserole made from Thanksgiving leftovers that everyone will love.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of leftover turkey, shredded
  • 2 cups of leftover stuffing
  • 1 cup of leftover cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup of leftover green bean casserole
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup of turkey gravy
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, green bean casserole, and half of the cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the turkey gravy, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the gravy mixture over the turkey mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Top with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This casserole can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
  • Feel free to customize with any other leftover vegetables or sides you have.
  • For a crispy topping, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
