Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted and smooth.

- Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce, stirring until well coated.
- If desired, transfer to a baking dish, top with breadcrumbs, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until golden brown.
