Description

Deliciously rich and decadent Valentine ganache cookies that are perfect for sharing with loved ones.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache
  • Heart-shaped sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm.
  6. Let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
  7. Once cooled, fill the center of each cookie with chocolate ganache.
  8. Decorate with heart-shaped sprinkles.
