- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup chocolate ganache
- Heart-shaped sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add softened butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm.
- Let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
- Once cooled, fill the center of each cookie with chocolate ganache.
- Decorate with heart-shaped sprinkles.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate for the ganache.
