- 1 cup bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced

- 1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup vegan cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
- Arrange the sliced bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and spinach on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle black olives and vegan cheese (if using) over the vegetables.
- Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
