- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons gelatin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vitamin C powder (optional)
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice, lemon juice, and honey or maple syrup over low heat.
- Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- Add the vitamin C powder if using, and mix well.
- Remove from heat and pour in the water, stirring until combined.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Once set, remove the gummies from the molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Feel free to experiment with different citrus juices like grapefruit or lime.
- These gummies can last up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
