Ingredients

  • 4 ripe nectarines, sliced
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced nectarines with a tablespoon of brown sugar and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix rolled oats, remaining brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Add melted butter and vanilla extract to the oat mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Spread the nectarines in a baking dish and top with the oat mixture.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the nectarines are bubbly.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving warm.
