Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Add in the protein powder, dried cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute almond butter with peanut butter if desired.
- For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey and a plant-based protein powder.
