Ingredients

- Zest of 1 citrus fruit
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm cream mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- For the citrus glaze, combine citrus juice and sugar in a saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Stir in the citrus zest and let it cool.
- Once the panna cotta is set, carefully unmold it and drizzle the citrus glaze on top before serving.

- For a vegan version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream and gelatin with agar-agar.
