Description

A refreshing and easy-to-make watermelon sorbet that requires only three ingredients and no ice cream maker.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups of seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into cubes and freeze them for about 2-3 hours until solid.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen watermelon cubes, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for an additional 1-2 hours to firm up.
  5. Scoop and serve the sorbet in bowls or cones.

Notes

  • For a vegan option, use agave syrup instead of honey.
  • Make sure to use ripe watermelon for the best flavor.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
