- 2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into cubes and freeze them for about 2-3 hours until solid.
- In a blender, combine the frozen watermelon cubes, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for an additional 1-2 hours to firm up.
- Scoop and serve the sorbet in bowls or cones.
Notes
- For a vegan option, use agave syrup instead of honey.
- Make sure to use ripe watermelon for the best flavor.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
