A delightful collection of three refreshing mocktails perfect for a spring garden picnic.

- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups lemonade
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine fresh mint leaves and lemonade. Muddle the mint to release its flavor.
- Add sparkling water and stir gently.
- In separate glasses, layer sliced strawberries and cucumbers.
- Pour the mint lemonade mixture over the fruit layers.
- For the coconut mocktail, mix coconut water, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice in another pitcher.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less lemonade.
- These mocktails can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
