Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups lemonade
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine fresh mint leaves and lemonade. Muddle the mint to release its flavor.
  2. Add sparkling water and stir gently.
  3. In separate glasses, layer sliced strawberries and cucumbers.
  4. Pour the mint lemonade mixture over the fruit layers.
  5. For the coconut mocktail, mix coconut water, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice in another pitcher.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
