- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture.
- Add salt to taste and mix well.
- Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for your favorite dishes.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less jalapeño.
- For a milder version, remove the seeds from the jalapeño.
