Description

A quick and easy recipe for a fresh and flavorful Pico de Gallo that can be made in just 5 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 3 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
  2. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture.
  3. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  4. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for your favorite dishes.

Notes

  • Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less jalapeño.
  • For a milder version, remove the seeds from the jalapeño.
