- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the avocados and mix in cream cheese, cilantro, green onions, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt.
- Place a spoonful of the avocado mixture onto each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with a spicy dip of your choice.
